Chart Legend Label Formatter

SmartClient Version: v9.1p_2014-08-19/Pro Deployment (built 2014-08-19)

In the following forum post, there was a discussion about a legend label formatter, and it was mentioned there was no API for customizing the legend label format (i.e. adding the count to legend label)
